Meet Liz

In case we haven’t met, my name is Liz Michael and I’m the creator of the MODER8 dietary supplements and addiction-control programs that have helped so many people, just like they helped me, get their lives back and take control of their drinking and other bad habits. I’m also the author of “MODER8-Balance for a Better Life: How to Control Your Drinking and Learn to Drink in Moderation.”

My degrees in Biochemistry and Biology helped me to formulate the dietary supplement, MODER8, but it was my own battle with alcohol, and my experience with overcoming the addiction that led me to creating the entire MODER8 program and system. Today I drink moderately, going most days of the week without any alcohol at all, and sticking to a limit of only 2 or 3 drinks when I do drink. I’m also in the best shape of my life, living my dream and helping others to create the life they deserve to live as well.
