Face of DogThink about it – how often do you skip action items on your To-Do list because you just don’t feel like doing them – maybe you were hung over or demotivated from missing your workout and binging on sugar.  Or maybe you let some circumstance in your life trigger you to drink or eat something not on your program or turn to your other bad habit of choice – and you went on a binge for an extended period of time…eventually turning into a daily occurrence. You just completely forgot about your plan of action altogether and eventually let that goal die.

Well no matter how far away you are from your goal, it’s never too late to get back on track.

  1. Decide on the top 1 or 2 goals that if accomplished, would improve your life tremendously. – Such as getting a job – or a new job; Selling your home or moving to a different city. And put together you plan of action to accomplish those goals.
  2. Be aware of triggers that could send you to the bottle or other bad habits and be prepared for them (Click here for strategy.)
  3. Identify positive, healthy activities to replace alcohol or other bad habits – not only as a substitute to feel good – but as a reward for taking the steps on your action plan (Click here for strategy)
  4. Reach out and get involved with people that are doing what you want to do, or living the life you want to live.

Create and live the life you want! Stop putting it off by turning to bad habits and TAKE ACTION by making the changes and taking the steps.
